Hey, I’m Rummy, a 49-year-old personal trainer based out of Maple Ridge, BC. I became certified in 2021, and my passion for fitness has been unstoppable. My own weight loss and transformation journey inspired me to dive into the fitness business and make a difference in the lives of others. I know firsthand the challenges and dedication required to achieve significant weight loss.

I would say I’m not your ordinary trainer. I bring a unique and fun approach to sessions fueled by my dedication to helping clients reach their fitness goals. Whether it’s weight loss, strength training, or a healthier lifestyle. I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Accountability is a pillar of my training philosophy. I know the importance of having someone in your corner, supporting you towards every milestone. When embarking on a fitness journey, accountability is critical. It acts as a guiding force that keeps us on track and accountable to ourselves.
